In order to purchase a lot or lots from a current owner with a lien, you will need to negotiate the past dues owed in the selling price so that you can pay off that balance due. Otherwise, you will need to wait until either the property comes up for bidding through LTHOA if it is recovered via foreclosure or through the county for past taxes owed if applicable.
