Beginning March 1, 2023, the dues amounts will be placed in your portal
based on how many lots you own at the time of posting. The dues amount will
be the total of assessment and road fees tallied together. Road Fees are
calculated by $10 per lot owned up to 4 lots and added to the total of your
dues assessment.

- $92.65 x .10 = $101.92 + $20 Road Fee - $121.92 - 2 lots

In order to purchase a lot or lots from a current owner with a lien, you will need to negotiate the past dues owed in the selling price so that you can pay off that balance due. Otherwise, you will need to wait until either the property comes up for bidding through LTHOA if it is recovered via foreclosure or through the county for past taxes owed if applicable.

DownloadContact the 911 office at 918-458-6513. They will need your street name, the direction your lot is facing, and how far down the road the lot sits. They will then come out to assign an address and will mail your new address to you in aproximately one week. You will receive 2 copies, one for your records and one for the post office.

Service dogs are allowed in the pool/park area but emotional support animals are not. Please read the information regarding this law and how it pertains to Lake Tenkiller Harbor.

DownloadThe cost to use the dump station was increased from $.25 to $.50 for the first minute. If $.25 is added PRIOR to the end of the first minute, it will add 30 more seconds to the time. If the additional coinage is not added PRIOR to the end of the first minute, you will have to start over with the $.50 charge.
